him, or me? I used to read the register everyday, but it stopped being interesting (about the same time it started being full of adverts and just ranting about the evils of MS. If I wanted the latter, I could find it on slashdot (or, at the time, here with the linux evangelists), but I don't.[1] It might be better now, but I just don't care anymore). The only things I read daily are ukrm (natch), dilbert, getfuzzy and userfriendly. Although the latter is loosing its way a bit as well... [1] [insert bait here]
<comes clean> I once rolled out ~250 desktops with A Well Known Remote Access Product while owning 2 licences. The arsehole FD insisted on saving money in all corners. I let it pass for a year as I considered it an employment guarantee during tough times!
