Hell of a nice bloke as well; I like to be "sold to", not pushy, just
good sales, and he was very good; *almost* got me into a 325 bhp twin-
turbo Toyota Soarer Auto he's got in for £3,000, which was admittedly
lush and leather-tastic, and only had 88,000 on the (lovely, digital)
clocks, but it was too low and fiddly to get in and out of with my
back ... I'm still tempted by the Delica; at £3,500 with 80,000 miles
on it's about £1,000 under what it should be ... it's just too slow
for my tastes. I should buy it and run it for a couple of months,
then sell it on using eBay ... they almost always make £4,000-4,500
at those miles.

My friend's Delica lunched it's engine about 2 months ago. It's still off
the road apparently.

I am not too sure, but the whole incident has not been pleasant apparently,
and has coincided with him crashing his Supra Twin Turbo. All in all, not a
good time for the import-isti.

If you google for Club Delica, I am sure all will be revealed as he is one
of their head honchos.

They all say that because your average car stereo muppet can't get his
head around removing the radio surround and undoing four screws to take
the stereo out. They're whinging about that on the Skyline boards as
well and it did take me about 15 minutes to get the radio out.

This would've been mid 1990s. I bet they've all been turfed out of their
