Yeah, but that's because it's not just Bear but anyone he's in a
flaming match with that posts loads of twaddle. Bear gone - total
    twaddle count muchly down.

Well it sounds so much better than "google groups". Anyone that didn't
know what dejanews was (in this medium) is probably someone I'm not
    interested in communicating with anyhow.

Wasn't really a proper <wearing thin>, more of a hurt return to lurking.

well, one un-sub and one back-to-lurking.

Still, there's always the possibility that "Hurrikane" was actually a
    Bear sock-puppet...

Well, one in the morning, one in the afternoon.
    Hurrikane.

She might still be lurking, if "she" ever existed in the first place.

I've never quite understood this phrase as we'd all be pretty stuffed
without several holes in our heads.

I've never claimed to have perfect eyesight and I've only met Bear
once, but nonetheless I'm sure I would've noticed a likeness when she
collected the CBR400RR she bought from me.

In fact she was nothing like Bear at all, in fact she was lovely.
Obviously took you too seriously though.

Search for posts by Bear, then sort them by date and look at the last one.
    No other information is required.
