=£101 / 1000 miles Therefore cost for a million miles is £101,000 + (pricea * 1000000 / 48502) =£94 / 1000 miles Therefore cost for a million miles is £94,000 + (priceb * 1000000 / 10364) So by my calculations, if the NGK were only £5 you'd still save money by using Splitfire unless the Splitfires were over £80. So I think I'm saying that Splitfire are well worth it. But of course, I might be totally wrong. So I recommend that you check my figures.
Whilst true, I'm being unreasonable... The less miles you do, the closer the prices need to be to be economical... If the NGK were £20 and the splitfires were £30 and you did 80,000 miles, you'd save about £400 using Splitfires. HTH
But then again, I might be wrong. Someone who knows excel will be along shorly to confirm (or otherwise) my figures. My head hurts now.
