  4. Well yes - after I read this at lunchtime I did have the thought
    "Blunkett must die" running through my mind. It really is an appalling
    way of treating people - does the man have no end to his zeal to
    "purify" the United Kingdom? Cue the Liberal Democrats making huge
    political capital from another Home Office inspired disaster area.

    "Stalanist" they say, ho ho, no clue what that means obviously.
    Still, the tag will fit nicely in the future EU I'm sure.

    Hmm... "UKRM does 'wind up the immigration department' anyone?".

    Only, I have a contact within the Home Office that could probably get us
    a tip-off as to dates and times...

    "A spokesman said: "The Government has made it clear it will take a robust
    stance against those who abuse UK laws"

    I bet that doesn't work both ways.

    Sharon and I have a modicum of fun playing with the timeshare touts in
    Greece, by speaking in South African place names:

    "Alright? You English?"

    "Tshokwane"

    "Skukuza"

    "English? I'm not trying to sell anything..."

    "Sabie, Sabie"

    "Tshokwane Skukuza"

    <knowing looks>

    "Sabie!"

    <Walk away>

    Well, it's true to say that she's never ridden a scooter into the back

    But apart from that, they're OK.

    She didn't love me much the first time I really, really, really lost it
    with one of the touts when he approached me for the sixth time that day.
    Mined ewe, said tout looked a little startled too.

    So, we evolved plan B...
