Compared to a 'well-loved' SIII it's not too bad.

 

It's for a Land-Rover - should really be made of something heavy - Cast
Iron is the first choice (solid but then drilled enough to /just/ make
it have a little bouyancy - and not painted so that it rusts through
the first time it's used.

Then nice big heavy sacrifical anodes welded on all round.
