    Yes, and yes.
    The bit that wants doing is about 45' x 110' (give or take). It has a
    pond in it, so I don't want to use chemicals to kill the existing grass.
    Somewhere in between... ;^) Flat would be good. I'm happy to pay for
    decent turf.

    Yes - can't use a JCB, though, 'cos access to the garden is via the
    garage.
    Can't really remember, but no more than 10m x 20m, I wouldn't have said.
    Regular will suit us fine.
