    Ignore him, he goes back to his little wanky mates a sniggers 'cos he
    won't do jap bikes on his site. And if you get on and ask about them he
    wields his mighty digit and stops your IP geting on. So wait for your ISP
    to change and go back. Then he should start doing ranges, if enough people
    do that eventually he will have no one accessing it all.
