Today I have mostly been suffering a massive headache and feeling
    nauseous.

This morning I loaded the van at work ready for a days deliveries, and
as is customary I pulled the big chains on the roller shutter door to
keep what little heat there is in the warehouse. It was only when the 8
foot wide and 12 foot high steel roller shutter came down square on my
head that I realised I was standing directly underneath it.

My head hurts and I feel like I want to be sick. Paracetamol are not
working and Elly is keeping an eye on me.

You might want to think about a trip to Casualty. Seriously
Also getting the horn may not speed up recovery.

I've had concussion before, this isn't as bad as that, just a feeling
    that I could be better.

It's not that bad, honestly. I've been far worse and they've said I'm
    ok.

I did it at 10-30 this morning. I've taken it easy all day and suffered
just a headache, which I can cope with. My vision has been fine and I
felt OK to drive like that. The sicky feeling came on as I was riding
home tonight, and to be truthful it's not that bad that I won't be
    eating later.

Believe me, if I felt like I needed hospital treatment I'd get it. As it
is I have a headache which was cause by a bump on my head, people get
    those every day.

Blimey, it's a day for comparisons today, Lozzo!

Did the self same thing with a roller door except the one I ran into was
rolled up half way on a loading bay. I jumped up onto the loading bay,
full pelt and *whack* caught my face on the lip that runs on the bottom
of the shutter. That's where I got that black scar from under my eye :)

    GWS :)
