Ouch.

Wife of a mate has just been knocked off her bicycle by a car that drove
straight into the back of her - cracked ribs, other injuries, etc.
Nasty.

 

"he cut in front of her" doesn't really add up when you look at the picture
.....

 

Always did think the Americans had it slightly the wrong way round
when they let 16 year olds drive but you have to wait till you're 21
to have a beer.

 

They've definately got "backing it in" the wrong way round in this case.

 

The rider was definitely an IAM[1] member though.

True, but that was probably a Merkin car with adjustable suspension
so they could rock it up and down catching the bike on the up part.
