OT Will all the pubs close?

    There are three components to the costs of changing to the new licence: the
    cost of the personal licence, about £35 every 10 years; the cost of the
    premises licence which varies according, IIRC, to the rateable value of the
    property, (in my case about £150); and an annual administration fee of £125.
    Maybe it is the annual admin fee that he is referring to?
