OT what do 20 somethings eat?

  1. Number One Son has been in touch and him and his mates are moving to
London and they have cocked up their leases and will be homeless for a
month so he is coming to doss here. Fucking wonderful, I am over-
fucking-joyed. My pot is fucking brimming. Ain't it just.

And there is the problem see, it is my pot. Taylor made and honed for
my needs and now the **** wants to come and fucking sup from it.

He likes mature cheese I know that. I wonder if he has grown out of pot
    noodles yet?

  3. I think I would suggest that he either eats what you put down in front
of him or what he decides he is going to cook for himself.

He's a grown man - leave him to get on with it provided he keeps to the
rules of your household. The alternative is that he either sleeps on the
pavement or covers the expense of living somewhere else.

steve auvache came up with the following;:
Just give him the same as you're eating. If he doesn't like it then he's
old enough to make his own choices to either get something he does like, or
    to **** off.

There is no decision to make as far as I am concerned there will be no
"putting down in front of him." Although there will be "plenty of stuff
in the cupboard if he is that hungry."

Rules?? This is where I live, there are no rules or else I couldn't
    live here.

Thing is though that he is fucking off in a month anyway so it is hardy
worth putting in the effort to make him feel uncomfortable enough to
really want to go, like you do when it is long overdue time for them to
    leave the nest.

I'd provide the **** with a list of (delivering) takeaway phone
numbers and let him get on with it.

That is not too long a list cheers Nick. I have plenty of Best British
Bacon in the fridge anyway. Presumably Tesco do economy versions of all
you have mentioned. No way am I wasting the good shit on him.

Don't be fucking stupid, that would suggest I am interested in his

Then make sure he uses *his* mobile and not your house phone to call them.
Bet he knows someone in Hawaii as well.
    Cunts they are, kids.

What you want to do is use his stay as an excuse to cook up the sort of
dishes that are a waste of time cooking for one person, but justifiable
for 2+, for instance I like a good sunday roast, but never cook one just
for me, as I can't eat a half a cow at a time.

Safeway do a lot of "BOGOF" deals, specially on the needful things such as
bacon, frozen chicken pieces, (chargrill things) and pizza's. Most of the
    crap stuff kids eat.

The Gorgeous Emma and I are F1 fans and when it is on I go round there
and share with her the experience of swearing at the crap commentators
and crap non overtaking drivers and she usually cooks a roast. So I
don't do roasts anymore but I have started on a batch of pastry for
    Cornish Pasties.
