As a result of a failure to debit your credit card for the latest
invoice, your account has been locked and the outstanding amount has
been passed to BFS Finance for payment processing.

Due to a false entry in our system, you did not receive the reminder
that would normally be sent to you after a failure to debit your credit
    card.

We apologise unreservedly for this mishandling and for any concern this
    may have caused.
    "

Cunts, they fucking apologised before I had a chance to fucking
complain. How fucking dare they? I'll fucking have them for that,
They can't treat me like that, I'll make the bastards suffer. It's the
fucking effrontery of it all. Not only have they, at a fucking stroke,
taken away a perfectly good opportunity for me to have a real right
complain for no fucking good reason at all but they have fucking
    grovelled as well.

    1&1 Internet innit.

Just as well there was nothing currently mission critical hosted by them
    eh?

I dare say it has got something to do with me getting a new debit
card[1][2]. Now to find out how long it has been out. What is the bets
they offer a same number of days free credit or **** off?

[1] Bang up to date it is, chip, pin, forgotten number, the works.
    Right with it I am.

[2] Although I thought I changed to direct debit when I took
    vanityvideo. Hmmm, we shall see.

Subtlety is fucking wasted on you innit eh?

    Here is the cracker.

I goes and puts the kettle on and fetched me credit card and stuff and
settles down for a reccy and I reads the mail and it says I can have it
all back in a couple of hours if I care to phone and it gives a phone
number in nice big print that I can see through me badly purchased mucky
    bins and off I go.

Only to be greeted with "We are only open 9-5".

    Bastards.

Bit of a **** if you are on nights eh? Especially in this day and age.
I expect they are a very small organisation.

They are truely bastards sometimes. They removed my entire fucking
account over xmas for a whole week because after updating my payment
details online, apparently you're supposed to call them to confirm,
because their POS computer system doesnt tell the billing department
about the change. Considering how good the service is, im sometimes
    shocked by their incompetence.
