Would someone who can draw - with a pen or computer - produce a
Tyranosaurus Rex full length, full frontal giving a clenched fist
salute with its spindly little arms or maybe just head and shoulders
    (and spindly little arms).

Probably best blocked in in the style of the Esso "Don't be a Dinosaur"
campaign of the 70s rather than a complex line drawing. It's for a
badge if you must know. Coming soon: large white t-shirts with
    "Durutti Says: Arm the Unions"

"We are sorry we cannot return any of your pictures but we give a prize
    for those that we shown"

Describe the clenched fist salute in more detail. Is it up in the air
(or as far up as a T rex's little arms get) Power to the People style
or aginst the chest? I could probably find a 3d model knocking around
    here to pose.

    Surely a Gonzo-style two-thumbed fist clutching a peyote button?

It's power to the people style but only shoulder height (if you were to
    do it yourself)

More of a salutation, not the Carlos-Smith black power above the head.
With the little dinosaur fingers in the style of The Tom Robinson Band.

The image will be on a 1" button badge.

    Cheers!

Aaah bollocks I can't find anything. A few years ago you couldn't move
for spaceships and dinosaurs, now...it's all naked women and cartoon
    characters.
