And individual contracts are going to be more generous than EBAs.
That's why the Feds are going to withhold funds from unis that don't have
individual contracts.

Up here, even the Uni management prefer EBAs.

I don't always agree with the NTEU, but its all we have.
I don't think a strike is the best option (or even a good one) but it's not
as bad as doing nothing. And for me, breaking the strike would send
entirely the wrong message.
