OT Toilet registry

About a year ago someone on here posted a link to a piece of freeware
that cleans the registry and cleans up temp files etc. It made the sound of
a toilet flushing
whilst it was working.

Anyone still have the link? My laptop is grinding to a halt.

Superb tool - but hasn't got a flushing sound.

 

Hmm, that was a mistake -- it deleted my c:/temp/ directory and
cleared up 4.3 GB!

Blimey.. isn't there something you can do to stop that happening, apart
from not turning the PC on?

Unix roots? Don't you know I'm a certified Vax Volunteer? -- I've
even got the tin badge to prove it! Anyway, that's be /tmp wouldn't it.
(Guess I should have typed c:\temp\ tho'.)

There was a file-selection menu, but I thought (in a quick glance)
that it referred to types, not to directories! :-( I sure did collect a lot
of junk in 18 months!

It's been about 8 or 9 months since I did a full reinstall of WinXP
Pro. Clean-up cleared over 3.5Gb of junk amassed in that short time.

 

417.6MB for me... but I did check my options, first...
