Is a lovely unexpected taste combination.

  2. A rich almost turning Stilton and anything mildly fruity and sweet is a
    perfect combination.

Stilton and fresh mango chutney is a fave sandwich of mine.

Just as long as you don't try to make "primordial soup" to celebrate
Darwin Day by mixing various tinned things with muesli and chili
sauce. This does not work :)

as has been said, it's not at all unexpected for stilton to go well
    with sweet/fruity things.

darsy's sandwich tip of the week: semi-crusty bread (say a grand
rustique), filled with blue silton, lime pickle and sliced pickled
    onions. Mmmmm.

Right, so you'll have vital pieces chopped off, race round tracks but
not eat stilton and jaffa cakes.

    Get a grip woman! :)

AOL, the highlight of one holiday was the 'visite' to the caves at
Roquefort. It was very well done. ISTR they do (or did) three different
grades and eat the best two themselves, exporting only the third grade.
WE treated ourselves to a whole cheese of the top-grade stuff - lovely.
