    Of total insanity....

It seems I`ve lost the plot,, not surpriseing with what`s been happening
    recently.

I`ve been recommended to attend a phsyco/behavioural studies group re. my
    recent job application.

Prozac......or self determination rewarded with Skumpy Jack?

The panic attacks are getting worse, the aggression is now un-acceptable,
I`m reinging them in to a degree, ( I havn`t killed a lot of people
    recently<shrug>)

I have my own room with internet access, it`s green.

I have a bike that I`d be happy/proud to die on.

Nah! reading that back I`m as mental as anything<shrug>

(Give me a bomb and I`ll do some real damage)

    That`s how I feel ATM.

Fucking dangerous, to me and others.

Luckily, I`m not at work for a couple of days, I remember what Bear said
about going out in a blaze of glory....

Riding head on into a fuel tanker..or some such twaddle.

What happens if you are the tanker pilot? Aim for a likely Biker?

    Not my style.

I`ll have a few more beers, roll a ciggy, feed the cat.
Make sure the windows/doors are locked.
Check Dad is still breathing, check his O2,kiss Mum on the cheek without
waking her, then go to bed.

    <sounding/rant over>

Why not set yourself a challenge to learn something new? If you're
learning, or stretching yourself in some way maybe you'll not have time
to sit around over-analysing things and "go off on one".

At worst you'll come out of the other side with a new skill.

    Just a thought, like.

Come over here next Friday/Saturday, have a pint, ride next day, take the
piss out of me/Monz and you'll feel a whole lot better. Or take Ginge's
    advice.

Careful you don't get sectioned for agressive/suicidal behaviour.

You sound a unwell have you spoken to your GP about referral to a
    psychiatrist?

Its worth getting advice as soon as possible.
