put people in exploding cars and they would certainly drive
differently. all these airbags and side impact biker squishers make
    them think they're captain scarlet.

the last time i looked at buying one of those they were pretty
expensive to insure. i always assumed that was because of the number
of bikers crashing them on corners. (well i leaned into the bend, but
it didn't seem to make any difference, officer).

you can also ride a moped on a full car license, which is even more
    stupid.

  3. My Dad always wanted a Scimitar. Not sure what that says about the
    kind of man he was...

This numpty says ......... So sorry your Pipness, I have never heard it
being called a Reliant Robin before - must be an age gap :).

Will you accept my humble apology ? ;)

    <aghast>

The manufacturer is Reliant, yes? The model designation, Robin. It
therefore follows that the vehicle is to be referred to as a Reliant
Robin. I am aware, and am frequently mildly irritated, that some
people who know no better do reverse the acknowledged standard
nomenclature - if those who know how the system should work do not
apply corrective discipline, where would we be, eh?
As you ask so nicely, young lady - just this once. You'll be over my
    knee next time, mind.

time off for good behaviour, is it ? ;)
