In case none of you noticed this part either, that's because one
of you finally said something related to the original question. All
the rest of the garbage has been an ignorant group of Texans
explaining that they have no clue what goes on in fields around
them, while bitching because I asked about it. Duh!
Whether they do or not, the surprising part is that Texans
don't know something as basic as whether there are frogs in
their own rice fields or not. The "aras" in the veg group have
been maniacally denying that there are thousands of frogs
in rice fields in Texas. So far the only evidence we've got
that there are--other than just common sense understanding
that there would have to be since frogs are in rice fields
everywhere else--is a Texas rice farmer who posted about
it to the group years ago. Since then the veg*ns have been
maniacally denying his claim, insisting that he's lying even
though there would be no reason for him to lie about it.
Of course there's GREAT reason for the veg*ns to lie about
it, their arguments are absurd, and "aras" are very dishonest
in general. I was hoping that one of you Texans would have
some clue that there are frogs in your rice fields, but it turns
out that you people are far more ignorant than I'd imagined
    possible.
In case any of you Texans are the least bit curious about
what a Texas rice farmer pointed out years ago (7/17/99)
and "aras" are still maniacally trying to deny today, I'll paste
a little of it right here so you can check it out. Notice that it
doesn't only involve frogs--in fact far from it!--but frogs are
as far as we've managed to "discuss" in any real detail during
all this time. Here is part of his original post:

"the vertebrate deaths come from: frogs (5+ species), toads (common
bufo), anole lizards, shrews (3 species), voles, mice, rats, snakes, a
couple of kinds of turtles, cats, rabbits, skunk, nutria & muskrats,
raccoons, possums, deer (never less than a pair of fawns harvested
per 50 acres), pheasants, quail, pigeons, cattle egrets, sparrows,
starlings, waxwings, .... although all of these are not harvested
*every* time, they are the 'regulars.' occasionally a canvasback, teal,
heron, mallard, black duck, coot, spoonbill, crow, hawk, kite, eagle,
buzzard ... is shredded, as is the occasional feral pig or lost calf,
    coyote or dog.

for information, an acre has 43,264+ square feet. the vast majority of
    the deaths are (as one would imagine): frogs, toads and anole lizards;
    rodents and insectivores.

    - when cutting the rice, there is a - literal - green waterfall of frogs
and anoles moving in front of the combine. sometimes the 'rain' is just
a hard shower (± 10,000 frogs per acre) crossing the header, other times
it is a deluge (+50,000 acre). never is it a drought; never a mist.
sometimes, the number of frogs swimming across the cutter-bar is so
massive, we have to reduce travel speed of the combine - there is just
too much rice lost by being pressed into the rather thickish 'arroz con
gracielà paté' which travels across the screens, rather than falling
into the hopper as good grain should." - diderot

Regards Ed.. That clown had my goat when he made his first post.. hehehe..
He's definitely one of those offensive little trolls with some kind of
    complex..

There should be some real good ride reports coming up .. Another trip to
Mena, Ark. is coming up, the first week in October.. I need to make a fast
run out to Arizona to check on my old friend out there.. Buddy Helscell is
really having a tough time healthwise, this year.

Probably going to make another run down into Mexico before the year is over
with.. hmmmm... Haven't quite locked in on the dates on that one yet.. Still
sorta on the edge, waiting for some of those good bikers south of the border
to come up with a plan.. lol..

btw, Ed.. I notice you live in Taylor.. now, there's a nice little town to
live in.. There's some real fine bikers in that great little place.. I think
the world of a couple of those guys, down there..

Yeah.. there's some folks on this newsgroup that are fine fellowship
    companions.. You are invited, anytime..

    .. . .
I wasn't really looking for someone who gives a crap, just someone
who has a clue. You obviously don't, but amusingly want to brag
about it. Since you went to the trouble of participating in a thread
that you "don't give a crap!" about, just so you could boast about
your ignorance on the subject, I guess it's safe to conclude that
ignorance is something to be proud of in Texas. That would explain
a number of things now that you mention it.

I'm sure that was a very deep thought for you, and surprisingly
one you're right about...you did tell me that. It was stupid, lame,
and unimaginative, but apparently quite an accomplishment for
you and one that other Texans appear to be impressed with as
well. I must burst your little balloon though Billy, and let you know
that I haven't gotten around to it yet.

  7. I can safely conclude that you're a pretentious little incompetent troll,
son...since I've heard frogs in the rice fields a time or two in the 41 years
I've lived in Texas. I doubt you're ignorant...because ignorance *can* be
    cured.

Yessir.. that ol' JailCall is one of a kind.. I had the pleasure of riding
with him a few times.. btw.. Our TMRA 2 office is located in Elgin.. There
is sure a lot of great bikers from all over Texas that gather over there,
quite often.. You are invited .. although I haven't been able to make it for
    the past several months..

~say dh@, when you started to ‘‘mess’’ with
the whole state of Texas, in most of your responses here, what did you
exspect? Did you expect folks to agree with your negative comments?
Son, it is not safe to conclude anything, good or bad, about a State
that you admit you have never been to? Have you ever mentioned where you
are from, if ya have, sorry I missed it?
    over?

Wait a minute, this little feller, dh@ sounds familiar now, the more he
types. Above where he calls Bill ''Billy'', makes me wonder?
He could be (iggy), texdays, hmmmm?
or other troll smart asses, of whom I cannot recall their usenet names,
as of right now. But? hmmmmmm?
