OT, Parking tickets...

    Son in law got a parking ticket. He parked up at the end of our
    street, admittedly without a permit.

    It was applied at 5 minutes to 1 this morning!

    Having lived in a very touristy area where I had to buy a permit, and
    often couldn't get parked due to non-permitted vehicles parking, I
    applaud your local authorities.

    Shame they didn't tow his car.
