OT paging guitaristi

Heh - the only time my bands have got fidgety is when I'm fucking it
up - most of the time I'm the least reliable player on the stage..

I've never thought what Page plays is blues.

 

Really? There's a difference between having the blues and playing
them. One of the great cures for having the blues is strapping on a
guitar and giving it some welly, as any fule kno!

Zappa was the musical equivalent of the pattern left on the wall when
you throw spaghetti [1] at it to check whether it's cooked. I'll let
you know about Jimmy Page if I ever manage to stay awake through all
of "Song remains the same".

That cracked me up - I'm no fan of Jimmy Page either. After 'Lemon
Song' on Led Zep 2 it was all over.

Zappa, on the other hand, you oughta be a bit more careful about
dissing. I can get quite violet about people who don't like the Frank.

Okay, but as a minimum I think somebody attempting to play the blues
should at least sound like he has them.

Personally, I can't stand Zappa. Perhaps he could form a band with
Mick Hucknall, that would reduce the number of bands I'd have to avoid
by one.
