OT Orange and fault resolution

  1. I had been trying to enable email on me phone and their system said it
    had encountered technical problems and I should contact support but they
    didn't tell me how to get in touch with support so I trawled their
    support web pages and posted a note to what was as close as I could get
    to what seemed the right department.

    Who cares, a personalised sensible approach such as the one they have
    chosen to take will end up costing them any profit they are liable to
    make from me for the next 20 years.

    Hey ho my pot is half full, I have some shareholder expectations to dash
    over Christmas.
