    'Fraid not, but had a quick google and there is a varient called 'Smoldering
    Multiple Myeloma' - which is an interesting name.

    over 40 with back pains? Go see your GP.

    Basically a cancer of the B-cells (plasma cells). There is a benign form
    known as Monoclonal Gammaopathy of Unknown Significance (MGUS). There are a
    whole raft of criteria for diagnosis the most common being >30% plasma cells
    on a bone marrow aspirate and lytic lesions in the bone visible on x-ray.
