OT Milk in France

    Hmm, my experience of the bagettes on the french run's have been horrible,
    crunchy tasteless things.

    I suspect they give us the old ones though.

    In
    Nope every day the local bakeries were shut for the day! They were open
    every day though.
    Even the intermarche shut everyday from 12 till 2.

    I noted in a recent INSEE report, that 'penetration' of domestic appliances
    like TV, telephones and (yes !) fridges, is approachinjg 94% in France.
