I've never seen ETD, so I don't know whether that quote is in it or not,
but I know enough about it to know what that part of KFM is referring
to, and that's why I included that quote (from KFM), as it seemed apposite.

I do apologise for any stress that may have been caused by the resulting
    confusion.

  4. As in "never attribute to malice what can be explained by utter
    stupidity"?

It's astounding, isn't it. If I wasn't covered in scars as a reminder,
    I don't think I'd believe it myself.

So, apart from all that, how's the Atkins diet going?

Well, if I had willpower past breakfast, or if I didn't have to work
for a living, it would go excellently.

I'm getting into the latest exercise craze instead

Let me get this straight: you're flailing a sledgehammer around the flat?

Okay, it doesn't burn, it doesn't cut, and the business end's wrapped up in
    a jumper, but still...

You could do it like the bloke in Memento and get various tatoos
    with good advice? ;-)

    <g>

Must admit, I had a vision of some freak jumper-entangling accident,
but I think as long as I stay out of the kitchen I should be fine...
