    That's below the belt.

FFS! I'm younger than most of the posters to this NG.

You're confusing me with someone else, Grandad. Please God it isn't
    Rope.

And of course, further south - which is A Good Thing.

I mean, imagine living in the *Midlands*, or somewhere. <shudder>

Old newsgroups never die, they just turn into the caff.

And having a black country accent that you don't even realise you have!
    Can you imagine it?

THERE'S NO EDGE TO UKRM ANYMORE. WE'RE ALL TOO NICE
    TO EACH OTHER.

That easier to understand or aren't the finger spaces between the words
large enough? Maybe if Ross has got over his glue-hangover he could
    read it to you?

You're thirteen years older than me.

It's not the age that does that to people, it's the mileage. I sleep
probably half of what most people do (4 to 5 hours a night) and hence
the mileage for age is higher.

Either that or I'm a miserable bastard.
    Hmm. Hard call.

Well, quite. Probably a little-Englander that's obsessed by Imperial
    measures.

Yebbut I look 15 years older.

Wait a minute, that doesn't help, does it?

Well, I've been told I look like I'm in my mid-thirties.

    I don't think that's *quite* fair.

When I look in the mirror I still look 21 to me. But without the spark
I once had in my eyes.

  15. You must have aged then.

Anyway Mr Burnt doesn't look his age either - assuming he hasn't
suddenly deteriorated from the picture on the team ukrm website.

Now the other Ben - Mr Blaney - looks older than he is but then I keep
substituting images of uncle Fester for him so that explains it.

I don't think he does either.
I've always looked older than I am. Probably because I'm fat.

    I don't think I do look mid-thirties.
I don't think he does either, mind you I've only met him a couple of
    times.
The more pissed Blaney gets, the younger he looks.

I suppose that's because I'm quite deadpan most of the time, but when
I'm pissed I get quite animated.

Everyone has their part to play, here in UKRM.
There's some hilarious brummie spoken in Joseph Gallivan's novel "Oi
    Ref".
