OT Jilly's rock night Manchester Friday 28th November

A certain Manchester student and I have been chatting and I realised
I'd been remiss in my role of 'encouraging the young to do foolish
things' as I'd not told her about the awesomeness (for certain values
of) that is Jilly's.

So we're going to the all nighter as above. Any old rockers who think
they can still make it through the night are welcome to join us.

dunno, not got the invite yet! the issue with staying til 2am and then
driving over is that Jilly's isn't fun sober.

You know, I've *never* been to Jilly's

Thats the problem for me, I can't stay awake these days, and the last
train is at 23:10 :-(

 

I am frankly shocked.

Pah, you take lots of stimulants (coffee obviously) and get the first
train.

The first time I walked into jilly's I was seriously confused.
completely disorientated.
If you've been to Rock City in Nottingham, you've been to Jilly's.
I've never enjoyed places like that except when I've been single[1],
then they're fun, really fun.
