OT(ish): Speed Camera "causes accident"

Police officer gets up to 90mph in a 30mph zone while not on a job,
sees a camera, brakes and loses it.

So, cameras must still work, right?

My experience with armed response officers has been that there is a 1:1
relationship as far as cluless twonk status goes.
