Wonder if any of you tech people can help with this. I am running XP pro on my
laptop and every time I start up I am greeted with this message:

    Error Signature BC Code : ce BCP1 : F9C02B04
    BCP2 : 00000000
    BCP3 : F9C02B04
    BCP4 : 00000000
    OSVER : S_1_2600 SP : 0_0
    Product : 256_1

After displaying this message the machine then works fine, but annoying that
this message comes up as obviously something is not quite right.

    TIA

    Matt.

Your best bet is to run MSCONFIG (from start>>run) and then untick all the
    things in the startup tab...

If the problem goes away, then tick them one at a time until the problem
comes back. This should give you some idea where the problem is.

Could be a hardware thing, maybe a driver been corrupted. Have a look
