The advert features a gentleman, who could quite easily be mistaken
for you[1], dancing[2] around the kitchen, whilst preparing a meal.

[1] i.e. short hair, goatee, not missed many breakfasts.
[2] Nothing elaborate.

The bloke in the add is *much* fatter than Paul.
