What's the best cure? It's too late for the pacing your drinking the
night before, drink large quantities of water before you go to sleep
    stuff.

And it's too bad for the usual large fry up option. Hmm, nausea level
rising. In fact I think I may just crawl back into bed.

Ibuprofen and one *very* strong cup of coffee... Then no more coffee.

Wait 15 mins or so, chug down at least 2 pints of water.

A couple of hours later you should feel ok.

Eat. Painkillers, but not a lot. Re-hydrate. Sleep.

I'm no expert, but I personally recommend sipping a pint of fizzy
water, taking a few nice breaths of fresh air, then eating some
    'nanas.

Works well for me. As does flax seed oil mixed with cottage cheese,
but that's just me (or perhaps Dr Johanna Budwig) being weird.

IMO, stay off the booze and pills - no point to them at all. They just
make you tiddly, pee more than you need to and bung you up - all of
which you really need don't when you're dehydrated and full of toxins.

Prolly too late now but Co-codamol are the badgers nadgers for this
level of upset, with a couple of pints of water and a HOT shower, then
back to bed for a couple of hours. You can feel the warm glow of the
codeine spreading from yer tummy outwards then nod off and wake up two
    hours later feeling human again.

Pretty much your only option if you can't keep anything down.

I usually try some soluble pain killers (alka seltzer, or soluble solpadeine
if it's a stinker), then make up a litre of isostar or watered down orange
juice, and then *sip* that over half an hour.

Then I usually have a really hot bath, and go back to bed.

If you're going out on a big bender, three artichoke tablets before you go
out, and another three when you get back home, seem to ward off the nasties
    the following day.

Fucking nasty stuff, Marmite. If she'd tried that, she'd not had the
