  7. I don't believe you will get the money at all - unfortunately. It will
then be back to court [1] and yet more stress and hassle. I'm amazed
that the Hos have simply not moved away although I suspect that their
reputation will go before them wherever they might go.

[1] unless there is some automatic mechanism that kicks into action when
a court decision is not acted upon.

  8. If they're cunts (which I think we can decide on right now) you'll have
to fight for it. Afaik, if they don't make arrangements to cough up some
amounts you can go back to the judge and make a fuss about it. SWK will
be along with chapter and verse, I've no doubt.
Fly-by-night operators use the inherent delays in the system to simply
skip town, but as the Hos presumably own their house they might find it
difficult to do that as everybody in the close will be keeping an eye on
    them.

An excellent result, but as I said in the email I really wonder if this
will guarantee an end of the problems for your neighbours.

A step in the right direction though.

Cheers, Rope. I'm still trying to work out quite what I want to achieve
in terms of local/remote capability and that'll probably drive what I
    get.

Those cameras look similar to the ones I was looking at.

As an aside, is there really any benefit in going for colour rather than
    B&W?

This is Bassett, yes? If so, SO's eldest has lived there for quite a
few years & has a certain, how can I put this, 'reputation'. He's bound
to know someone who knows said miscreants, & I'm sure he'd be happy to
ensure they're made aware that shitting on their own turf isn't A Good
Thing. Email any details to pk at the domain in my sig if you want me
    to pass them on.
