I thought this one was eastern european?

Anyway, recos from me (easier if you read the Amazon reviews than me
describe them). A mixture of horror, swords/martial arts, slash and
    zombie weirdness

actually, to quote from one of the reviews, this really could be the
    ultimate UKRM movie:

"part zombie flick, part action movie, part romantic comedy, part
whatever. Following Ace, a guy desperate to be as cool as his hero
Guitar Wolf, he finds himself thrust into a world where the dead live
and where he finally finds his soul mate only to find that they are not
    female but male. "

    Nearly. Should read

"and where he finally finds his soul mate after years of absolutely
    pointless arguments"

I dunno, this has to come a close second:

"Two Japanese businessmen, heading home for a relaxing evening evening
of sucking each other's cocks almost run over a pregnant woman. To thank
them for not fucking killing her, she makes them take her to a club, grope
her and stick their cocks in her. They get home and put her in some light
bondage, make her drink some more "MALT" brand liquor, **** her, and leave
her with a creampie. Video ends with one of the dudes getting a handjob on
    the sofa.

Disclaimer: pregnant women shouldn't drink alcohol, especially MALT-brand
liquor, which has been shown in laboratories to cause pregnant women to
    **** assholes.

The quality of this is kind poor (probably a VCD or VHS rip) and I have no
fucking idea where I got it. But given the rarity of uncensored pregnant
Japanese pudenda, somebody will get their rocks off to it."

The user comments just cap it off:

to bring it vaguely on topic, one of the central characters has a
motorbike that has 2m flames coming out the back.

Oh, and when the band is on stage, the microphones shoot fireballs too.
