Probably far too late, but does anyone know of any B7B's in Edingburg
who may have any vacancies for this year. My sons and a couple of
friends are hopping to go to see a friend of theirs perform but have
    nbowhere to stay as yet.

All thought welcome (probably foolish to say ALL thoughts) hey ho.

Wandering around last year I did notice a few B&Bs with vacancy
signs up, and a hotel on Princes Street had the same, so it might
well be possible to find somewhere on the day.

Failing that, can't they sleep in a car / break into a warehouse
    like any other self-respecting festival-goer?

At this time of year the city is full. There are quite a few decent
backpackers, the YHA below is nice although there are lots more, see link.
