OT Completely barking Lord

Lord James of Blackheath on the spending review. His speech includes
claims that he was money laundering for the IRA and that a shadowy
organisation (sounding suspiciously like a Nigerian scam on a grand
scale) wants to give the UK money.

Stranger things have happened.

Nice. Though damn you don't add something else to my blog roll, it's
bad enough that the last 3 LRBs are sat in the plastic wrapper glaring
at me every time I walk past.

 

I know the feeling. I finally got round to opening the most recent one
last night, a good week after it arrived. It's usually worth it once
you've actually made the effort, of course.

 

I had a deadline on data coding for the end of October so everything
else went by the wayside and now I'm playing catch up, in between the
work for the 23rd November deadline, plus trying to finish novels and
do my own writing.

TBC tends to say 'have you seen...' so I get edited highlights before
it is even unwrapped. It is handy though as all the subscriptions I
cancelled for lack of time (Private Eye amongst others) I can read his
copies. Only I was right, there isn't the time. Probably an idea to
take another couple of months away from UKRM and LJ.

It is indeed but so many things to read, not enough life!
