Where is this option? The allTunes Balance tab just has a link to
Chronopay's homepage, & I can't find a <refill balance> link on that.

There's one on both the Alltunes client software screen and the home
page of alltunes.com (top-left, once you've logged on).

However, I can't get anything to work - see my other post replying to
Hog on 21/06.

 

Can't find the option in the client software, but just tried on
alltunes.com & got the 404. Arse.

Was reading t'other day about allofmp3 getting the boot by Big Lawyers
from the RIAA and some other cunts. Maybe alltunes is in the same
position now.

Choose buy credit
It opens an IE window
Choose amount
Choose pay

been rumoured SO often.

 

I've been using the allTunes software for yonks & bought loads of stuff
in the past.

Again, where is this option? I'm using version 0.9.31.158 of allTunes &
can't find a 'buy credit' option anywhere.

Not "loads", but I've bought "some" stuff in the past.

Same version here and there's no 'Buy Credit' option that I can see.
If I click on the 'Balance' tab there's some text about using
Chronopay[1] or a place to redeem a PIN code. That's it. Maybe an
earlier version of the client is required.

[1] Which just links to www.chronopay.com. If there's an option to buy
a PIN from there, I can't see it. As before, and like Krusty, the link
through to Chronopay via alltunes.com doesn't work.

 

Maybe Bear's comment makes sense then.
Try emailing them for support?

Goto www.alltunes.com (where you downloaded the s/w from in the first
place).

Log in.

Right at the top there's a link that says "Refill Balance".

Click it, and you get a 404.

Damn.
(when it was working it only took Mastercard)


Apparently www.mp3sparks.com is the same lot, new website, where you
can register again, add credits, and the new username & password will
work in the alltunes software.

[1] my window overlooks the Old Bailey, so it's not entirely out of
the question.

 

When I click on Chronopay, it loads http://www.chronopay.com/ but I'm
buggered if I can find a 'buy code' option anywhere on there.
