go on then - where is he, anyway?
    no, thank you.

BTW, received (this morning) the replacement lock-set for the 7R, and
although I'm visiting the colonies at the weekend, I should get a
chance to fit it and the replacement clutch lever next week.

  9. Er, no. Disk bolts directly to the wheel, so no carrier reqd. No
disk (and, annoyingly, I threw one out when I moved). Dunno about the
sprocket and sprocket carrier, either. Given that the
sprocket/sprocket carrier just sits in the cush drive, there's no real
need to have sprocket on both wheels, unless you're going for
endurance style fast changes, and it's just one other thing to rattle
about the van and fall on your foot when you move the wheel
    Black.

I'm in no rush - let me check out the price of a disk and get back to
you - if you find another buyer in the meantime, sell it to them.
I saw a nice set of orange ones on eBay, but they went for way too
    much.

I have an idea that the 9R C sprocket carrier is identical. If it is
then I have a spare, in black, with a good 530 pitch 42 tooth sprocket.
    Yours for a tenner.

During The Great Workshop Refit of '05 I came across some rear disk
blanks that Bonwick gave me at some point. Were they for a 7R? If so
darsy's more than welcome to one if he can find a finished one to use as
    a drilling jig.

Sadly true. I was kind of hoping for a donation from Bear to make a few

thanks for the offer, but given that I've seen wheels including the
disk go for 30 quid on eBay, I think I'll have another look there.

    [firstly, this /might/ appear twice]

I was just thinking that your wheel for 50 quid + Lozzo's disc for 10
didn't look that good compared to the wheel+disk I was watching (but
forgot to snipe) that went for 30 quid. Having said that, the eBay one
had 15 quid of postage, which is potentially offset by the option of
    the UKRM-UR.

That's silly cheap. Must be cheaper to buy a complete wheel/disc just
for the disc and throw the wheel away.
