OT : bouncing mobiles

    I've read it on lifehacker, so take it with a grain of salt. ;-)

    OK, I've googled a bit and it turns out there's such a thing as
    3M Water Contact Indication tape for example:

    and there were known issues with such warning stickers in iPods
    and iPhones displaying false positives from air humidity:

    Yeah, but they're utter crap at making phone calls and they don't survive
    all that well when they're dropped either.

  3. I don't know about 'supposed to' but many phones do have this so the
    vendors can discount warantee claims for water damage
