What, Six Sigma or Oriental hitting skillz?

 

The family planning has stuck me in IT for the foreseeable future as
it's the only place where anyone will pay me the kind of money I'm
used to.

 

Ahh, I see. I don't mind numbers, but the huge amount of tedious
repetative documentation involved in most of those kind of things does
my head in.

Is there one with braces?

 

But surely ITIL is just lowest common denominator process, for robots.

I've been a 'bot fot the last ten years or so. You didn't think all this
gibberish was real?

 

the only thing you need to remember about ITIL is to call it "Service
Desk", not "Help Desk", as the latter term has a probably fallacious
implication.
