    Ahh, I see. I don't mind numbers, but the huge amount of tedious
    repetative documentation involved in most of those kind of things does
    my head in.
    Is there one with braces?

    the only thing you need to remember about ITIL is to call it "Service
    Desk", not "Help Desk", as the latter term has a probably fallacious
    implication.
