OT as usual - Sony mobile and backing up my contacts

    Weird. The Sony phone monitor sees the phone and I can connect to
    Internet with it and upload/download files (via usb) but the PC Suite
    can't see the phone. I think the problem is that it doesn't see the
    virtual com ports. All it sees is COM1. Device manager says the mobile
    is on COM3 but I can't see that to configure it.

    Any ideas?
