I'm not sure why you're being so hard on him. If (as is implied, but
not made explicit) he took pains to ensure there was no unwanted
pregnancy, I'm not surprised he's pissed off at being hit with

How do you feel about him wanting her charged for theft?

 

Tit for tat, I guess. Anyway, the manner in which he "gave" it to her
explicitly excluded pregnancy, so the fact that she used it for that
is, at the very least, dishonest.
