I'd say fledgeling blue-tit.

 

Blue tit fledgling. The dark band across the eyes is the major clue. See

That's a bird that is, I can tell.

 

Silicaaves Parvulus, the diminutive glass boring bird, I believe.
Known for it's ability to drill holes in glass (even double glazing)
to reach it's prey, which tends to consist of members of UKRM,
particularly those that spend time observing it. It's bite is
invariably fatal.

 

Almost as fearsome as the African Driller Bee which flies at 600mph and
has been known to inflict fatal injuries on unlucky people who just
happen to walk round a corner into the path of one.
