No Orange data network for two days in Leeds. After a looong wait on the
customer service (haha) number they tell me most of the UK has been
offline and its being "worked on". No idea when it will be back up.
    Anyone else suffering this?

Just spoke to them again. It is the whole of the UK but not all
customers. Very wierd. No it's not ONLY me....

  3. I've had no GPRS on Orange for a couple of days, in SW London. Didn't
bother complaining to Orange as it's quite nice to have an excuse not
to check my e-mail remotely, etc. I hope it stays off for a few more
    days!

Same in Manchester and since the boy chic switched to Orange broadband at
home a month ago, he's been without an internet connection for three weeks.

  6. *shrug* dunno to be honest. I've only mucked about with the
"System->Connections" settings on my phone once, and I ended up having
to phone Orange up to get them to send some sort of config message to
the phone to undo everything I screwed up.

The only reason I know mine is using GPRS is 'cause that's what it says
as it connects. If there's a workaround to the problem, I may have to
resort to "la la la, I'm not listening"-style tactics to avoid it!

You say that, but this post is made via Orange 3G dial-up...

  8. Mine was out most of the day last Saturday (think it was), then an
hour or so the other night.
