    Why?

    An open face helmet would have done **** all to save the grazes on her clock
    IMHO.

    Now a full face one might have had a different outcome. Saved the grazes but
    probably broken her neck instead!

    Rubbish. I've faceplanted at much higher speeds and not suffered any
    neck damage. One impact was severe enough to crack the chinbar of my
    Nolan N31 away from the main shell.
