    Laws change all the time - and traffic law more than most. If you
    dont keep on top of it then you soon get left behind. I get all the
    white papers and updates sent to me automatically so I keep up to
    date. In fact thats not quite true - I get the proposals before they
    get to parlimentary stage so myself (and quite a few others to be
    fair) can make comments and suggestions. The parlimentary committees
    often make suggestions which dont allow for the practical problems and
    improvements hence the liason.
