Lindale,Texas. (by AP) When Smith county Constable Taylor got a call reporting a stolen House, his first thought and question was: ‘Is it a trailer house ,ma'am?’’ Seemed natural to him. ‘‘No,it's a Brick Home, the caller replied(!) Board by Board, shingle by shingle,& brick by brick, during a period of about 3 months, thieves actually dismantled a regular size, 3 BR brick house, and loaded it up some way, with out the locals being aware what was going on. "It's the strangest case I've ever worked in my career", Taylor said -(!) Local folks drove by, and never suspected anything. Some said they even waved at the two men, when the men, smiled and appeared to be working, as they waved at folks. Two men, Ray Parmer 29, and Darrell 44, were arrested a few days later. They're accused of taking the house apart, and seliing it piece by piece for GUESS what?--------‘‘for drugs’’. They were caught, from knowledge of a ''drug customer'' who bought some of the building material, and/or exchanged it for drugs etc. The last funny part of this, is the officers saying they got about 5 trailer loads of property that came out of the house, then they thought how they said that, and chuckled and said: ‘‘Well, it didn't come out of the House, IT WAS the house’’. -----only in Tejas------(bjay) 'Ya'll take care'' --BJAY--
