SWMBO used to be a cage dancer. She wouldn't be seen dead on a Harley
    though.

  8. It has the advantage of an almost Darwinian side-effect though: if the bike
falls over at any point and the pilot comes adrift, at least one of his legs
is going to snap in half at the knee. And hey, it *only* weighs 63lb.

No - & neither have I for that matter. Perhaps we should redo the
Cherhill meet[1], but bring SOs this time?

[1] I could do with another good steak, & theirs were excellent.

Mmm. Exactly what I was thinking.

That's gonna HURT. Almost any offage is going to result in one (or more)
    very badly broken leg.

  18. Oh, AND... the passenger's strapped in! Strapped in, sitting up high and on
top of, if not slightly behind, the back wheel. In a 63lb cage. Bloke's a
    genius.

Sounds good, as long as it's from say Wednesday onwards. We have to do
the PEP/ISA merge this weekend for all our clients, so early next week
could be a tad frantic if anything goes wrong, especially what with
everyone running CGT too. I hate this time of year :-/

  20. The whole thing strikes me as a very determined attempt to fly in the
face of motorcycle experience, which is that many rider and pillions who
would otherwise have died if they'd stayed with the bike, survived by
    being thrown clear.

Given that the horrible excuse for an invention is made and patented in
the USA, land of the writ, I'd not give tuppence for the inventor/seller
having a roof over his head in a couple of years.
