Yes, and just to confirm it was a Harley, the last para finishes with "speed was not a factor".

 

I just love how it starts off with "handlebars sticking 6 inches into
his abdomen" and then further on states that "escaped without injuring
major organs, though he broke his left hand and his right leg".

If I could only stop crying, and get to the end of the film scrip, where he
falls in love with the Nursie, and he has his Harley in bed with him for
company, his everlasting true love.
Now as the 'Clerk of Court', he sues the lot of them, because the handlebar
was bent more when they lifted the bike off him, etc......Only in America.

 

And he'll win because there isn't a label on the handle bar that says
"Handle bar may insert itself into body during accident."

 

And the fact it took four bikers to lift the motorcycle off Shipwash (what
kinda name is that anyway?)

Yeah, what's the bet that it was a diesel spill that caused the crash?
You see, there were a lot of other Harleys out there, and one of them
probably had a leaking fuel line....

Don't worry, it happens here too. Someone I know got a nasty letter from
a solicitor asking her to respond to allegations that she caused a woman
to trip over her driveway.

She rang him and told him to go **** himself. And if he wished to pursue
the problem, to get in touch with the landlord who owns the place, or
the council which owns the nature strip where the woman, who we later
discovered was pissed staggering home from a local nightclub, tripped
over the driveway....
