    Good show.

How's the online ordering coming along? I'm itching to part with some
    cash.

I don't believe you but I think that Pip's suggesting someone should
offer up imperial measures to you whilst someone else checks the
    dimensions of your oral cavity.

Same boring crap as the others. FFS Dave, film something else.

    Neither does burnt, however.

I was alluding to that low-flying Spitfire mpeg, to which a link was
posted here recently. The one where the Spit comes roaring up behind
the reporter at daisy-cutting height, then lifts at the last moment,
startling the reporter somewhat - to the extent that when he regains
his feet, all he can say is "**** me! **** me!" over and over again.

Much like Cane on a night out.

Maybe some short interview clips and narration would help.

  8. Thanks to AntonyE it is in hand - but there are so many regulations to
adhere to that it's gonna be a couple of weeks yet before it's up and
    running

  9. If you'd said it was badly filmed or edited then there probably would
have been a few words - but it's a stunt vid for stunt fans, which we
both know you're not so it's not surprising you're not a fan of it in
the same way I'd find a speedway vid boring. I'd appreciate the rider's
talent, but really wouldn't want to sit there and watch it for an hour

Why didn't you just use PayPal to get you started?

  11. I've heard far too many horror stories about PayPal to bother -
especially as there was nothing to sell until around two days ago anyway

I suspect this is the bit where Dave is going to say it was a taster,
for the as yet unreleased video and not just a segemnt of the actual
    video.

    <sits on edge of seat>

    But I could be wrong.

I've seen all the trailers, obviously, and the full films.

I can say that the full films are easier to watch, in a way, than the
clips. Don't forget that the clips are small resolution to get the
filesize down, whereas the DVDs get played on a telly. They look
fucking ace on my 32" widescreen.

I hear what you are saying about the rapidity of the clips in the
trailer. On the full version, it's tempered by other type of action.
It isn't at all tiring on the eyes.
Full Dolby Surround Sound. Better quality footage. More varied riders.
    Better editing. Fresher attitude.

Honestly, having seen it all on the big screen, the IQ18 Films stuff is
streets ahead of the other stuff out there.

Well, IME with them I've had no problems but then again it's only been a
few hundred quid and 20 or so transactions.

  15. It's a trailer to whet your appetite, not a vid to sit down with your
    mates and watch
Well, I suggest you watch someone else's copy then 'cos this is, in our
opinion anyway, somewhat different to the rest

And if you still don't like it, at least you won't have spent a penny -
and you won't be the only one who doesn't like it, either. We're not so
stupid, or indeed arrogant, to believe everyone will think it's any good

And if it turns out absolutely no one likes it then we've still produced
something we're proud of, which is all that truly matters

Of course, hopefully that won't be the case...
